Under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, the Director of Provider Resources is responsible for overseeing and leading the Provider Resources Program.Develops and implements programs and strategies to increase available care and provider resources and advance the mission and vision of the organization.Duties include: perform all planning functions for the ongoing operations of current and prospective provider resource programs including community partners, core services, training and professional development projects; coordinate activities with community partners to ensure a unified service delivery system; assess and respond to the need for child care and the needs of various child care sponsors and providers, including centers, family child care homes, license exempt providers, businesses, churches and developers and develop, implement and evaluate annual goals responsive to assessed needs and providers.

Job Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field and four to ten years related experience and training. Master’s Degree highly preferred; skill in community organization, leadership, management and adult education required; knowledge of the resource and referral system is desirable; ability to travel locally and statewide, access to reliable personal transportation required; ability to adapt to a changing work environment required; strong communication skills, both oral and written required and management and organization skills required.
