Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Manager- Educational Technology

Salary:                      Commensurate with Experience

Description:            Our client is in need of both a Marketing Manager and  a Senior Marketing Manager to work with sales, account management, product management, graphic design and other departments to promote both product and communication functions for the company. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

 

          This Person Will:

  • Provide detailed information on business opportunities or issues as they relate to increasing the role of marketing in the organization
  • Be responsible for multiple projects at a time including managing all resources, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, and merchandising efforts throughout the company
  • Be able to effectively understand target consumers by utilizing specific information to inform product development and improve communication channels
  • Evaluating and executing brand identity-projects must be brought in on time and within budget
  • Provide clear and positive guidance to the junior marketing team members
  • Lead local and national marketing efforts including development, implementation, defining key product indicators, and tracking and reporting of communication plans
  • Guide and stimulate strategic development of initiatives through the lens of the brand utilizing the objectives given

Job Requirements:

 Qualifications Needed Are:

  • BA degree
  • 5-7 Years Product marketing or related experience
  • Able to clearly assist in developing and critically evaluating creative products and their initiatives
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in addition to having strong problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lead a team with strong management skills
  • Financial business acumen is required
  • Must be detail oriented with strong time and relationship management skills.
  • Focus in B2B or Digital Marketing is desired
  • Experience in K-12 Education is a plus
