Antonelli College Virtual Campus, located in Jackson, Mississippi, is looking for an individual to serve as a Financial Aid Representative. The job responsibilities for this position would be to:
• Conduct financial aid appointments with distance learning students, primarily over the phone and Internet
• Collect and track financial aid documents
• Counsel students on Federal, State, and Institutional financial aid as well as loan options
• Calculate financial need and construct financial aid packages
• Perform verification of applicant data
• Reconcile student aid and loans
• Provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking
• Handle special projects as assigned

Requirements
• Associate degree; Bachelor degree preferred
• Knowledge of financial aid processes required
• Experience in financial aid for a proprietary career college
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, congenial, and polite demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
