We are seeking a Director of Admissions for our Jackson, MS  campus. This position is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an experienced sales leader who would be excited about helping our prospective students’ change their lives by receiving an education.

The successful candidates’ primary responsibility would be to staff, train and manage the performance of our team of admission representatives that will effectively recruit qualified students into our programs. This opportunity is for a hands-on manager who will personally write as much or more business as the representatives that they are managing. Our operating environment has extensive weekly, monthly, and annual performance targets that must be met, and requires strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have no less than three years of sales management experience and a strong track record of personal sales success as well as sales management success. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
