Job Description:
Learning Manager/Consultant needed asap for Bentonville or Arkansas area.
Initially 3 month contract, with posibility of permanent employee.
Engage with clients at a strategic level to develop instructional solutions that solve business issues.
Work closely with Project Managers to manage and exceed customer expectations.
Drive key learning methodologies and best-practice in synchronous and asynchronous training.
Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
Manage Instructional Design teams - keep the bar high for creativity, quality, and efficiency.
Own the instructional integrity of a course.
Help develop team competencies for next generation of business model.
