Job Description:
The Program Development group at Penn’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS) is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the Program Development team in areas of enrollment management, market research, and administrative support.
Enrollment Management
·Lead efforts to recruit, admit, orient, retain, and support students in the non-credit online Positive Psychology offerings:
oCoordinate registration and payment process
oManage communication plan and support processes throughout the student life cycle (inquiries, new enrollments, current students, and “alumni”)
oCollect and distribute course evaluation data via online survey tools
oMaintain student/participant records and content for recruitment and student support purposes (course site, FAQ’s, Syllabus, testimonials, etc.)
oCollaborate with Traffic Coordinator of Marketing team on campaigns to drive interest, awareness, and action (registration/payment)
oCreate reports using Google Analytics and back-end tools to analyze impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts
oImplement, refine, and document best practices all of the above processes
·Provide support as needed for all College for-credit online offerings
oMaintain administrative infrastructures for course and event enrollment/registration
oManage course content and community management (e.g., uploading and publishing content created by faculty or program administrators)
oSchedule, monitor, and refine processes for hosting live web conferencing events
oSupport efforts related to communication, orientations, and/or information sessions for students, faculty, course facilitators, TAs, and/or public participants
oImplement, refine, and document best practices all of the above processes
·Support in follow up efforts related to market research results across College programs (e.g., working with constituents in the student life cycle via interviews, focus group meetings, retention or re-enrollment campaigns, etc.)
Market Research
·Provide support in designing, testing, implementing, and analyzing surveys to populations including target markets, prospective students, current students, and alumni.
·Provide support in gathering College competitor scan information: distinguishing characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, tuition, fees, scholarships, funding, etc.
Administrative Support
·Support in researching options, pricing, and/or solutions for potential vendors, marketing and/or advertising outlets, and other services/support/products needed by the Program Development team
·Other duties as assigned

·Undergraduate Degree
·Minimum 3 years related professional work experience
Skill Set Requirements:

Job dates: ASAP through Aug 31, 2010 (Opportunities to extend contract are likely.)
Work Hours: 25-35 hours per week.
Hours are primarily day time Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours required.
Pay: $26/hour
Location: On campus in University City.
