Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for the successful attainment of the following goals:
Initiating cold calls
Identifying potential customers
Outbound calling
Receiving inbound calls
Following a consistent sales process for both inbound and outbound calling
Prospecting for new leads by phone and mail
Maintaining inside sales-related records
Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to meet short- and long-term goals
Implementing sales strategies
